These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CarsAuto marketplace. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use CarsAuto.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including vehicle condition, pricing, and photos. Listings must not be fraudulent, misleading, or for items you don't have the right to sell.
You may not use CarsAuto to post stolen or misrepresented vehicles, harass other users, manipulate rankings or reviews, or attempt to circumvent our fraud detection systems.
Certain features, including dealer subscriptions and premium/featured listings, require payment. Fees are disclosed before purchase and are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
CarsAuto is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers — we are not a party to transactions between them. Buyers are responsible for inspecting vehicles before purchase; sellers are responsible for honoring listed terms.
CarsAuto provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users, at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which CarsAuto operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CarsAuto after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
